Driven by passion

We started this passion project by wanting to get our inspired food out to the community. It was built out of our shared love of comfort food, vintage diner culture, and family traditions. We love to bring people together.

We have always been motivated by music. That is why you will always have our soundtrack playing when you visit Rosie’s Inspired Kitchen. It is the background of our lives that keep the vibes cool.

From loaded fries and burgers to handcrafted drinks and elevated catering, every part of Rosie’s is designed to feel welcoming, fun, and memorable.

Meet Rosie

Rosie has been drawn to all things Mid-Century ever since she was a kid listening to Louis Prima records. That love is what drives the aesthetic. The carefree nature of the pop culture of the era really harkens back to a seemingly simpler time. She really tries to capture that fun loving diner experience. Every guest gets a fun and unique experience interacting with Rosie and her team.

When Rosie is not feeding the crowds she spends a lot of her time with her other passion, her band Bounce House Ska. She has been the lead singer since 2023 and could not be any happier.
